HOUSE RULES FOR STORES<\/h2><\/div>

UNFORTUNATELY, WE MUST ENFORCE HOUSE RULES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS TO PROTECT OUR STAFF AS WELL AS OUR CUSTOMERS.<\/p>\n

A BRIEF VERSION OF THESE HOUSE RULES CAN BE FOUND AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE STORE (SEE ICONS).<\/p>\n<\/div>

BY ENTERING THIS STORE, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING KBM STORE HOUSE RULES:<\/p>\n

  • WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY VIOLENCE AND\/OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR AGAINST OUR STAFF. IN SUCH CASES, WE WILL CONTACT THE POLICE AND DENY YOU ACCESS TO THE STORE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 1 YEAR.<\/li>\n
  • FOR OUR SAFETY AND YOUR OWN, THIS STORE IS EQUIPPED WITH VIDEO SURVEILLANCE.<\/li>\n
  • IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY, PLEASE ALWAYS STRICTLY FOLLOW OUR STAFF\u2019S INSTRUCTIONS.<\/li>\n
  • PREVENT DISTURBANCES TO OTHERS.<\/li>\n
  • OUR ITEMS ARE VISIBLY AND INVISIBLY SECURED AGAINST THEFT.<\/li>\n
  • IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO TAKE PREPARED BAGS INTO THE STORE.<\/li>\n
  • YOUR BAGS MAY\/WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR STAFF. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COOPERATE IN THIS PROCESS.<\/li>\n
  • IN THE EVENT OF THEFT, WE WILL ALWAYS REPORT THE THEFT TO THE POLICE.<\/li>\n
  • THE POLICE HAVE A PROTOCOL IN PLACE FOR THEIR INTERVENTION IN THE EVENT OF THEFT, DAMAGE OR OTHERWISE BREAKING THESE HOUSE RULES.<\/li>\n
  • PURCHASED GOODS MAY BE EXCHANGED IF DEEMED REASONABLE BY THE MANAGER OR ASSISTANT MANAGER. KBM WILL REFUND THE CUSTOMER\u2019S PURCHASE (BY REPAYMENT VIA DEBIT CARD).<\/li>\n
  • IF AN ITEM IS NOT PRICED, IT CANNOT BE SOLD. IN THIS CASE, IT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE STORE AND PRICED AT A LATER TIME.<\/li>\n
